The struggle is real.

AM STRUGGLING.

When i wake up the first thing i check is social media. I go to my instagram page just to see what is currently trending like a few photos. I will not lie i spend so much time watching You tube video. I am so embarrassed to say this but their was a time i could spend more than 18 hours in a day going through social media.

So i decided to come up with a strategy to reduce the time i spend on social media this has really worked out for me personally. Every night i write a schedule on what i will do the next day especially because i am a freelancer. I allocate social media two hours everyday. I find this effective because am able to prepare myself psychologically. I take a book and read every night before i sleep.

I have been doing this for the past one month and this has been my savior in terms of time management. I can now account for my day. I promised myself that if i did this constantly for three months am going to reward myself with a pair of shoe. I am here to win this.
