You do not have to be great to start but you need to start to be great

Starting is one of the greatest steps to success. It is easy to get caught up in how things will turn out. We have this great vision and goals of what we want to do. Where we want to be that we forget about taking the first step. Instead of thinking about failing or the challenges that we can encounter on the way focus your energy on what will happen if you start moving towards your goal.

If you want to make any change in your life you have to be the one who takes that step and draws the line in the sand and say that you will not let bad habits control what your future can be. Habits play a huge role in our life they determine whether we fail or succeed.

I am a huge believer in setting small goals. If one of your main goal this year was to lose weight challenge yourself to go to the gym at least twice a week. Consistency is also key to success. Sometimes we focus more on the result that we forget that it takes time. This year started at a bad note I was so demotivated about my job. I decided to take a break from everything. My love for blogging was also affected. I did not know that the break would end up to be more than one month. I am back with a very positive mindset.

Even the creator of Pilates, Joseph Pilates himself once famously said, “In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body”. There is nothing worth achieving that does not come with persistence and patience.

This year I want to unlock new levels in my life. I want to push myself to greater heights.
